A Different Kind of Realtor
I didn't grow up dreaming of selling homes. I grew up watching my parents get let down by the people who were supposed to help them find one.
As a kid, I saw firsthand how unprofessional, careless service from Realtors left my family feeling frustrated and overlooked during what should have been one of the most exciting times of their lives. That experience stayed with me. And when the time came for me to choose a career path I was headed toward computer technology and I made a detour I've never regretted.
I got into real estate because I knew I could do it better. And for over 23 years, that's exactly what I've set out to prove — one client at a time.
23 Years. Two States. One Standard.
My career began in 2002, and I've worn just about every hat there is in this industry. I owned and managed a Century 21 franchise office in Woodland Hills, California — leading a team of over 30 agents through one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. When the 2008 market shifted everything, I adapted, opening a boutique brokerage in Sherman Oaks where I sharpened my skills in a leaner, more personal environment.
That foundation of brokerage ownership, team leadership, and market resilience is what I bring to every client relationship today.
A Fresh Chapter in Dallas–Fort Worth
In 2022, my wife and our two kids packed up and made the move from California to the Dallas area — and it's been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. DFW welcomed us with open arms, and I dove headfirst into learning this market from the ground up.
I started by working with two of the area's premier home builders Grand Homes and Coventry Homes which gave me an invaluable inside look at new construction from the builder's perspective. I learned how builder contracts work, how communities are developed, how to negotiate upgrades, and what buyers need to watch out for when purchasing a new build. That experience gave me a layer of knowledge most agents simply don't have and it directly benefits every buyer I work with today, whether they're purchasing new construction or a resale home.
After immersing myself in the builder world, I returned to full residential sales and joined HomeSmart Star in Plano, Texas, where I now serve buyers, sellers, and homeowners across the Metroplex.
What You Can Expect From Me
When you work with me, you get the experience I always wanted for my parents honest advice, skilled negotiation, and someone who is genuinely in your corner every step of the way. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or exploring your financing options, I treat every client's goals as if they were my own.
My family chose DFW as the place to plant our roots. I know firsthand what it means to move here, navigate a new market, and find a place that truly feels like home. That's not just professional experience it's personal.
Because to me, this was never just a career. It was a promise.
